Thanks so much for the info. It is greatly appreciated.

I did see my primary doctor before I even had serious plans to water fast. She did a wellness exam(with blood work and urinalysis). She did tell me that everything was normal, nothing to be concerned about. I discussed water fasting, she didnt necessarily agree with it, but she didnt say that I should not do it. She said that my wellness exam was normal, and she had no worries, and she didnt think I would have any problems if I choose to do that, then it is my choice.

In the past, my doctor has discussed setting me up with a dermatologist, which I declined. I have already spent many years seeing a dermatologist regularly, and just got tired of trying all the various topical/oral medications that didnt work, that had so many side effects. My previous dermatologist wanted me to try biologic meds, and I just wont take any kind of medication that will suppress my immune system to get some kind of temporary relief for my skin. I want a REAL solution, not a temporary fix. I thought for many years that this condition has no cure, except to take medication for the rest of my life. Now I know this is not true. I know that I have abused my body over the years. But, I am making changes now. I am confident and I am not worried whatsoever. I feel so much better now than I did a couple of days ago! In my opinion, I know that this will be life-changing for me.

But, I am thankful to have Curezone to educate myself.. I have learned so much, in the short amount of time I have been searching the forums, along with the knowledge/advice from all of you.
