I am doing the following:

Supplementing -

one 1000mg Lecithin capsule, one time daily.
two 185mg phosphatidylcholine capsules, twice daily.

Directly applying -

Pierced Lecithin Capsules contents directly to the lips.



If you are worried about soy exposure, stop supplementing. I think topical application would have much less of an effect on your health.

We are looking for an alternative to the soy solution.
