Sounds like you are thinking of going off the fast.

Do you have a post-fast diet plan? I've been reading it is very important to initiate digestion carefully. Even the intestinal flora needs to be replenished. Bile hasn't moved in three weeks, so fat digestion will be off.

I'm interested in your take on this because I am thinking ahead to my own post-fast diet. THANKS!
