Thankyou for the response Chiron, i was a bit all over so iv took my time responding as you can see. It was very positive and uplifitng advice deep thanks, Chris did indeed provide me sound advice also.
I made a decision to go back to water and have been for four days now, im feeling much better and level headed, i do have a slight fear of ending the fast now which is unusual, iv decided to go for carrot juice when i or tomatoe il see.
If anyone could field me some further advice i would greatly appreciate it, im currenlty 27 6"3 and large framed, im underweight to say the least at a mere 8 stone 4 pounds earlier today, i know the skeletol state cant be far away now,
My questions are is there a risk at all that true hunger wont show itself? Or will i just know
With me leaving Ketosis will deep healing take a while to restart or will it pick up where it left off?
Those are my only questions at present, il keep this updated as to my progress.
