Eat them and suffer, i do not care.

I just try share my opinion and do not expect complains. Read and do not complain, nobody paid me for helping here. I help people cuz they do not know basics like sodium potassium ratio . Nobody tell me Na/K ratio two years ago when i start my war with candida.

All tell - Take antifungal, cut all carbs etc - All are idiots cuz i can eat simple carbs with 40mg zinc and sodium/potassium ratio 1:1 without flare ups !! No one know this !

Boost immune and eat cookies like Cookiemonster twice a week.

All tell you - No simple carbs till you die - all are idiots.

I can eat all food and i cure candida - but i want do tis fast.

Only problem is zinc 3x up to 5x RDA, Na/K ratio and B-complex no too little no too much - THATS ALL with non-alnicans candida overgrow - kefyr, guilliermondi, glabrata etc
