So this morning I tried Active H-minus recommended by my ex natural doctor. I am doing NB so I know part of the process of NB is to alkalize.

This product serves this purpose as well if I'm understanding right.

So i took it this morning and then started to watch T.V.

After about an hour I started to feel like tired and a sense of "Who am i" and just the most awkward feeling of being somewhat spaced out.

I'm wondering if this was a detox reaction, i'm pretty sure it was. I used some reverse osmosis water.

Just sharing this, no one has to post anything here, it's just info for thought.

I'm thinking i might try it tomorrow and see what happens again. I'm gonna do more research on this if possible and see what happens.
