Wow, this one's a tough one for me to decided. I guess it'd be nice to have a forum for NB alone. However, I have been on here for about 2 and half years and I have never seen a program like NB have the success its had with adrenal burnout and adrenal insufficiency. NB in my opinion has been the best.

I heard of Dr. Lam and various different others who GENERALLY SPEAKING fall short. Not to say that NB is perfect and works for everyone, but from what I've heard it's helped more people than anything else I've seen on here.

I rarely cross post. Guess I would need to get into it if they did a forum for NB.

Knowledge is power. People like us usually want things thoroughly explained because just about anything can topple us over into panic, anxiety, or a crash, we usually always research heavily to understand the possible effects of

such treatment or such supplement. That's what this forum and other forums are all about, research and sharing what works for us and what doesn't.
