That's okay. I've tried everything I could before I embarked on leaving them alone. My lips are in a much better place but not healed.

I really like it when people experiment and post what they're doing so thanks.

Can you please update in 1 weeks time? That would be really helpful.

Also, I think if this is going to work for me it won't have anything to do with the choline deficiency as I looked at the foods that it is available in and I eat them abundantly (eggs, nuts, meat etc). And my blood nutrient levels came back fine. What do you think?
