You can use the softgel capsules - I do not know of any moisturizers; but maybe something I have to look into.

You will also notice there are two different excretions a lighter oil (when pressed it will excrete from the top) and a heavier stickier composition.

I am trying to currently work out which of the two is best, but I have had extremely good results with both. The heavier oil acts as a very solid barrier to water.
