Sorry to hear things have become worse again. I get a flakey/itchy scalp. I put apple cider vinegar on the part where I get this the most and it stops the feeling. I also use a shampoo for Psoriasis and it helps a little. I've found that certain shampoos set me off. Anything with a fragrance.
