going to do a 14 day water/juice fast. i don't do well with enemas, so i like to know if i can perform salt water flush to clean the colon during the fast? also is it ok to alternate beween water for 3 days and then diluted juice (or lemon and maple syrup drink) for a couple of days? and when is the best time to take psyllium and bentonite? before? during (how often)? after?
if you have experienced any of these and can share full or partial answers i really appreciate it.
