Yep this is normal. I have been detoxing for 2 yrs and have felt terrible for most of the time, but all the problems slowly dissappear.

I no longer have any anxiety just a little bit of insomnia and skin rashes. I used to have every health problem u can think, maybe even cancer. It all goes away the more u get the toxins out.

Oxygen therapy helped me the most. Just recently got back on herbs.
