Interesting article, read the book "flood your body with oxygen" it explains how the body works, the affects of metals and toxins in the body and how to get rid of it.

I had braces for 8 yrs, and metal wires for 4 yrs after that. I had all kinds of problems and I know for a fact that the metal in my mouth had something to do with it because as soon as I got the wires remove last yr I felt better immediately.

I would get it all removed ASAP.

Hulda Clark says you shouldn't even wear a watch because everything gets absorbed in the skin. I beleive her.
