I just realised that my weight has only dropped 1kg in three days! It dropped 1Kg per day up to day 16, now it has slowed.
My guess is that it is 4kg above my ideal weight at present. I estimate my ideal weight from when I was younger and stabilised at that weight for around 15 years.
