well yeah we all got our own coping mechanisms but man sometimes you gotta get a little aggressive with those diggers

the only reason why i can say this is because i've seen candida in the stool and my tongue clears up once it's out and my gut feels stronger and stronger everytime.. Not necessarily symptom-free, but stronger!

To re-shift the balance takes a long time and to be honest, i'm not expecting an overnight cure, but at the same time i'm not gonna wait around and let it do it's thing building deeper colonies.. enuf of this..its time to annihilate the enemy

probiotics like mad and just go nuts..


mind you i don't do this all the time... i do it in phases... i know my comfort level
