Do you think taking a choline supplement (425 mg for woman, 500 mg for men) will do the trick instead of applying lecithin to your lips? I can see how it would help to heal in the beginning, but wouldn't the choline supplement also heal the lips if someone was deficient?

I remember reading how someone's lips felt like they were healing after they applied some kind of fat left in pan from meat. Do you have raw triangular area on top lip or any fordyce spots?
