I've also been taking Zinc Liver chelate (forgot to add that. I was on 40 mg a day but was having some detox symptoms that were a little hard to handle so now I'm starting back at 10 mg every other day and will work my way back up.

I was tested by my regular MD for parasites but they didn't find anything. I'm not convinced that I don't still have them though. My digestion has been messed up for some time now.

I was told to eat plenty of veggies with low fat proteins and I do feel best on this kind of diet, but it's just been really hard to cut out the sugars.
