I would say I feel about 30 to 40% better than I did a year ago, but some days are less than that. Before, I had no reserves. If i wanted to do something sometimes it was just impossible. Now, I can often dig down inside to muster up the strength to do something, but it just takes a lot out of me. I used to feel very afraid of even leaving the house and now I can travel for a weekend away and not have that same fear.

I feel like things are improving, it just seems so very slow.
