Hi All,
I've been enjoying reading some of your experiences with NB over the past few months. A little over a year ago I went into full burnout and could barely get out of bed for several months. I'm doing better now after a year of NB with ARL but my levels seem to be stubborn. Here are my levels from my first test and then my last test. I'm due for another one this month, so we'll see how it goes.
Calcium: then 66, now 44
Magnesium: then 3, now 3
Sodium: then 3, now 3
Potassium: then 1, now 1
Iron: then 1.1, now .7
Copper: then .9, now .8
Manganese: then .207, now .144
Zinc: then 15, now 15
Chromium: then .47, now .47
Selenium: then .69, now .67
Phosphorus; then 11, now 12
My CA/mg ratio has improved and my thyroid ratio has improved somewhat, but this only due to the fact that my calcium has come down. Most of my other levels have stayed the same or dropped.
I'm not sure what to make of this as it's been a year already and I have seen some improvement but I'm nowhere's near feeling 'normal' again.
Any suggestions? Does this seem normal for things to go this slow? THanks so much for your reply!
