Hey buddy, I know it's scary when it spreads! However just wanted to note that mine spread when I first started over the first couple months:

I think it's important to note that I was leaving them completely dry at the time, which is what I believe caused them to spread in the first place, as when I did my first attempt several months before this they did not spread and I was getting them wet everyday.

If you do not want your EC to spread, you have to soak them in water and make sure you let your saliva run over them as well. This is what has been helping me considerably.

I am also working on a radical diet change, even from my radical change from when I started this. I am going everything raw (as much as I can), we will see how this works, but I am now believing that this is also correlated to your digestive health.
