white potatoes are one of the worst foods. little nutrients, no taste, genetically modified.

where i agree 100% with anthony though is that carbs/starches are not evil and that we need them to function. people dont get sick by eating sweet potatoes, they get sick eating too much mean, fat, and processed sugar. i feel like theres an agenda with these diets and the low carb craze seems to very popular. it doesnt make sense.
