You have my sympathy for years ago I had to quit my job in a medical lab because of 'cognative decline'. Years later I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance (Celiac Disease) so that was my basic physical problem. So for 30 years I had to cope with this problem as best I could. Fortunately an ND gave me one of Dr. Hulda Clark 's books and I used her programs to greatly improve my health and mental competency. There are other good programs you can see at the Liver Flush Support Forum . After you begin cleansing you may need to have some tests for specific pollutants, vitamin levels and tests for autoimmune diseases such as Celiac Disease.
