I feel the same way. Unless if's a critical life threating situation and what the shot is for, that is what has to be weigned my vaccine decisions for me.

Flu shot. Never. It's so un natural. Better to take natural supp. to help with viral and bacterial, Loive leaf, oregano, Beta Glucan, vit. C, Medicinal mushroom complex, zinc.

I do know, if you research too, there is some very toxic stuff in the flu shots, For one "mercury."
