I'm not one of his followers (I've challenged his claims on more than one occasion), nor am I in denial.

I believe a balanced diet consisting of a broad selection of vegetables (ideally seasonal), pulses/beans, grains, and - if you wish - fish and meat, is the best diet to pursue. Not eliminating one type or consuming too much of another.

Balance is everything.
