Yeah , Anthony never said to cut out fat and protein completely , that would just be stupid. He recommended maybe cutting them out for a short period , a sort of cleanse but then adding them back in when you feel up to it.

Cutting out fat , protein or carbs completely is always going to be a stupid idea imo.
