Can you post it? Id obviously like to see it.
Can the chakra system be used physics;;y? As in these 7 spots actually do radiate energy from them and they are biologically there, its not like it requires you to meditate for them.

Am I right? Because what I may learn is how to do mini workouts for those specific zones of the body.

Please dont hold back, I need to make a decision and understand what I may be getting myself into.
