I had my blood tested 3 years ago and my doctor said the B12 levels were lower than he'd ever seen. I just got my medical records, and the B12 was <50 (less than 50)!

How does this compare to you? Have you ever heard of such low levels? I'm taking B12 now (methyl) and feeling better.

Hoping to feel a lot better soon.

I welcome any help or advice.
