Glad you found something that works!

I downloaded it and tried it, but I like FasterEFT tapping better because I feel it's easier and . . . faster! They both work on the same principles of erasing the negative emotion from the memory though. PSTEC was a little too long and cumbersome having to have an audio player and headphones to do it where tapping you just tap where ever you are.

Don't let me dissuade anyone from trying it though. Perhaps PSTEC works deeper, who knows?! It's great to have multiple options and you have to find what works best for you.
