Thenkyou so much for the swift response Chris, I have been really rather unnerved to put it lightly.
I do have some medjool dates so im going to soak them now, i shall juice some oranges and see what the outcome is in the morning. Iv decided to have another night on water, dare i say due to the fear of the anxiety i felt, i would rather feel that way in the daylight hours if it happens again.
I really want to thankyou Chris you have provided myself and no doubt countless others with such valuable information, and myself with this calming advice and message, your such a good soul to give your time and advice as you do. I am feeling a little calmer now i must admit, im just hoping i dont go into any deep detox whilst sleeping as i really am needing to exit this fast soon. I can not thankyou enough for the advice i was trawling the forums for an answer with no luck, God bless and i shall keep you informed as to my progress.
