Hi
I was also diagnosed with Candida and low IgA levels but never heared of beta glucan. How it works for you ?
I am also thinking of protein shake but not with milk but drinkable yogurt or kefir.
I try to eat raw salad twice a week and cooked veggies on other days.
Plus buckwheat with meat is great,almond butter with ryvita and avocado between meals.
I also eat a bit of wholewheat couscous or pasta.
