Forgive me for any incompetence, but how in the world is one supposed to find a 10v battery charger for 9v batteries, when as far as i can tell, they are completely different battery types and shapes?

because 10v actually equals 9.6? so that should actually say a 9.6 charger and batteries? like these for example:
