Hi just read your post with much interest, I have UC and have tried mosts things/modalities etc. I was taking iodoral and felt good on it. I ran out and switched to lugols, which I havent been taking regularly. I intuitively thought that may be my uc has got worse because of the lack of iodine. I did a google search and came across your post. Makes sense, I have also been following the SCD/GAPS diet.
How are you now?
