I think my problems started when I was around 15 to,probably becouse of weed,alcohol and to much sugar.Now I am 31 and just this August after many lab tests done on my own found that got candida overgrowth - Many.
Now,I use probiotics in pills,drink Kefir,vit C,flaxseed oil and rotate Grapefruit Seed extract with Yeast Raiders every two weeks plus ofcourse strict Candida Diet.Any suggestions what should I do more ? Thanks in advance
