Just wondering what you guys thought of this. I don't think I'd eat the white bread or wheat on the plan but it makes sense to me that too much bile could be one of the problems we may have. I know I have had some horribly acidic bowel movements after a high fat meal.

Also, the idea of soluble fibre being a good binder is interesting.
