I also see undigested food in my enemas (have been unable to have a BM on my own for almost 4 months). The only thing I usually see is rice, but I know that even people with healthy bowels will see the brown rice husks too. I don't digest raw well either, so I don't eat fruit. The Sugar doesn't do me right at all. I'm carb sensitive- too much carbs at once will stimulate the hell out of me.

The GB3 was helping me for a while (I was on 1/2 a pill each meal) but then they got too strong for me and became stimulating. So I switched back to a simple bromelain/pappain enzyme and my body didn't want that either. I don't tolerate probiotics or fermented foods at all. The only way I can take a probiotic is in suppository form, but I'd rather they get to directly where they need to go without having to get through the digestive system anyway. I used to throw all kinds of supplements at myself thinking they were helping, but I've learned to listen to my body and accept when it wants something or doesn't.

So now my diet consists of cooked veggies, dark meat chicken and turkey, eggs, and some brown rice. I also make huge vats of chicken and veggie soups that have helped tremendously with my leaky gut and adrenal fatigue. If you aren't eating home made soup at least one meal a day, you really should! I always eat it for dinner, as digestion is at its weakest at night. I find that I sleep much better and have far less indigestion. On days I feel cruddy, I will eat it all day and then feel much better the next day.

It has been my experience that the right foods at the right times have been far more therapeutic than any supplement I've ever taken.
