After my first Liver Flushes I unfortunately did not do the coffee enema after. I wish I had.
Found out only later on (even tho IŽd been checking out the forum for ages before actually "going" for one) how beneficial they are to really flush out all the toxins that the Liver Flush activates.
So... IŽd certainly recommend doing them both: one after the other.
