John Armstrong suggested the diet you mention for sick people who were unable to fast. He also did this himself permanently having only one meal a day and consuming all his urine as his only beverage.

I am 61, I have been practising auto urine therapy (one glass a day of urine) since age 45. I have fasted the last three years for 10-14 days each year and that helps a lot.

I had poor preparation this time so my first 4 days were much harder feeling dizzy, weak and sleepy.

The benefits of auto urine therapy is that my family tell me I look the youngest in my family of four even though I am second eldest. I am on no medication and my yearly colds or flu have disappeared since 45 although there have been about 4 exceptions to that. I generally get half the bugs going around in my family, but I always suffer only a fraction of the symptoms they suffer. My neck arteries were examined last year via ultra sound and they were completely clear where as the technician said it was rare to find that in an adolescent.

Problem is that the lesion on my arm was not healing, I was getting small flaky skin spots on my hands and my face and my arm/hand tendons have been painful at times. I also notice that the auto urine is not working as strongly as it used to which is just a sign of ageing or a sign of a buildup of poisons in my system caused by my poor eating habits and love of some red wine. I eat healthily by many standards, but I have had a desire to eat too many processed items like biscuits, cakes and dips.

Armstrong told many stories of people who were completely cured using urine therapy who returned to unhealthy lifestyles and eventually died as a result.

My challenge is to eat healthily after this.
