thats like saying fat cutting causes an increase in Sugar intake

instead of talking in extremes like you usually do to scare people, why not be reasonable and remind them that the idea has always been balance..

no professional I have ever talked to would ever suggest anything otherwise.

and I repeat, i've seen a naturopath, a TCM doctor, a traditional doctor, and a certified nutritionist.. not 1 of them said to eat a high fat diet

the only thing they always agree on is no sugar, because Sugar isn't good for you regardless of whether or not you have Candida


I think people are going to keep busting your balls until you can provide links to where someone suggests a high fat diet is the cure to Candida...

With no one actually saying High Fat is the key, I really don't see how you claim there's all these people religiously following such a diet.

Remember, these people are normal people, they go see professionals..they look for professional advice... so.. where are these so called people getting this so called advice?
