Have you been doing urine therapy before starting the urine fast? If so for how long?

It is great that you have reached this far on the fast.I dint last two days! Which is why I want to ask this - I read somewhere about a partial urine fast which is done for 12 hrs everyday.So on this, one would only have urine and water from 6 am to 6 pm and after that a light supper of fruits, vegetables or boiled brown rice.
I know this wouldnt be as efficient as a full on fast but will it be any better than having a healthy Diet and drinking urine throughout the day?
