Hi guys,

I'm thinking of doing a liver flush. Someone else suggested a coffee enema. Is a Liver Flush on it's own good enough or should I be doing a coffee enema as well? I was all set to buy organic coffee when I realized maybe I don't need to do an enema if I do a regular liver cleanse.
