I have some lavender oil I'll try it out. ya I'm done with peanut butter. I sold stuff an got money now. even 10 days ago kefir was causin problems. I haven't been well in a long time. I just had a bad panic attack and out of body experience with muscle contractions and sweaty itchy skin. allieved with an acv enema and an Epsom bath . still foggy but better than a hour ago. I've used acv before I actually just ran out. gonna get more tomorrow. well see what happens I guess...
