Do you get them from sitting too much on the computer chair? Could be boils. You could have candida which can cause this (I do) What REALLY works is tea tree oil. You just put some on a cotton ball and rub it over. Warning, should be deluted but I don't but it does have a very strong smell and can "burn" a little if you get it in sensitive areas...... Wash hands well afterwards.
