No, going on your definition of 'capped' it means the particles are coated so they don't fall out of solution and end up on the bottom of the storage vessel. Particles are neutral charged so there is no repelling of like charged particles in solution, therefore something must keep them suspended in solution, thus they need to be 'surrounded' or encapsulated by something to keep them in suspension.
If you're concerned about stomach acid degrading that silver and believe you may wish to bypass the stomach for that reason then take it sublingually, or up your rear end.
And Ionic silver will not cause any cosmetic issue, it's eliminated from the body too quick to get caught anywhere, besides which, what effect do ammonias and peroxides alongside that stomach acid have on silver when it enters the system - I don't believe anyone actually knows, plenty of supposition, but that's about all.
