well im surprised you havent read it before, but peanut butter will cause lots of problem in your intestines. if your goal is to add weight back on with protein, i would suggest whole seeds and nuts.
i usually use pure lavender oil directly on my feet, and yes i know there are plenty of warnings to dilute first. there are some oils that will cause serious irritation, but i have never had a single problem when using any undiluted oil on my feet. if i make a diluted oil for more sensitive areas i mix it with evoo. lavender oil is also good for tension headaches, rubbed on and around the ears. it does work across the forehead but that is one of those more sensitive areas.
if you want to try using a commercially made product, Badger Balm makes a few different mixtures and those kinds of pre-made products are easier for a lot of people to begin using. i know it feels like you are basting yourself up for a deep fry when using evoo.
also when suffering from candida, i believe it is not always best to go straight for the kill. if you can introduce something like bragg's raw apple cider vinegar, you are bringing in a bacteria (acetobactar) which devours everything that yeast leaves behind. when fermenting, if your alcohol gets tainted with the smallest amount of acetobactar (it lives in the air), you almost instantly end up with a full size mother and a big jar of vinegar.
acv is relatively cheap, but it must have the mother living in it to see any real benefit. i think of the acetobactar as my tiny little helpers.
edit: to be honest, i would feel much more comfortable eating a frozen pizza with fresh garlic on it than eating a big glob of peanut butter. no one could ever argue that frozen pizza, or really any pizza is good for you. but a lot of people underestimate exactly how bad peanut butter is. youll have to find something that fits your budget and diet for protein, but i can assure you that peanut butter will not do it.
2edit: you said that you cant do the kefir right now it only makes things worse, but 10 days ago you were using the kefir? i think you need to get yourself stabilized somehow. when i say kefir, i mean kefir grains that culture milk.
