That makes sense, what kind of oils do you use? I can't do the kefir right now, just makes me worse. I read if you have SIBO or intestinal inflammation probiotics will only worsen the problem. So i'm taking the IF2 in hopes of reversing the inflammation.

Just sold some stuff, gonna go get groceries and epsom and some stuff tomorrow.

I wouldn't eat frozen pizza, that's really bad. And grains make REALLY bad, I stopped almost all grains. But ya i'm trying to eat as healthy as possible for extremely cheap. years of not working because of being sick and never getting answers has finally dug me in a huge hole. If I can't get my health on track and get back to work in less than 2 months, i'm really really really screwed.

Thanks though, if you know what oils you used i'd like to try them. You use a diffuser or just rub into your skin? I have a few oils I used in my diffuser.

The peanut butter is helping me pack back on some weight, and is cheap.
