Anatomydoll- When I started I just took the 3 doses. I couldn't tolerate 3 doses per day no matter how hard I tried. For the first 4 months I just took the 2 doses. Even with this amount I had many changes on my retest with the 2 doses. Came right out of the 4 lows.

I also crush my supps for increased chance of absorption. Both hubby and I found whole supps in our stool. Why were we looking? After having a bad case of parsites we still look.
