which diet promotes high fat intake?

really? there is a diet out there that says Eat fat until your liver explodes?

you keep going back to that but I don't see any professionals being unreasonable about this.. No professional I've ever encountered suggested high fat intake.

I think that was your mistake.. and perhaps you would have known better had you maybe got some diagnostics done earlier.


This is what I mean by scaremongering, you are making up this thing about how there's a whole school of thought out there that says high fat is good.

Can you point to the source?

I've seen people say low fat, or low carb

but never seen anyone say high fat and no carb

so where did this theory come from?
