This proves the point that you are not listening to me. Carbs cause that reaction...but of the root cause is a fat buildup from meats and sugars, then you have a problem to deal with.....Did you mix the potato with meat? Why blame the potato? All that this proves is that you need to be taking advice instead of shooting down posts. Your symptoms are me last year...you need to open your mind and stop being so negative. I posted on my blog several videos on people with candida issues...we ALL had the potato and fruit reaction..we get it. Fix your diet and move on..based on what you said you are not different from me or the video testimonials.
