Thanks for your comments. This is how I see it: people go into the medical/healing professions to try to cure themselves. Psychiatrists are surely among the nuttiest persons around; and physicians and health advisors may tend to come from a very poor constitution or heredity. I keep thinking of Adelle Davis and Dr. Schulze (still alive and selling herbs). Adelle Davis, God rest her dear soul, was born with a bone condition that never totally left her. I know she was a heavy smoker, which didn't help. She apparently said it was wrong of her to stuff herself with a food she promoted: non-instand skim milk. Schulze comes from a family of early deaths (heart problems).

I know that poor Andreas would say how very young for his years he felt, how good he felt. But if there is a deeply embedded seed of illness, it may be difficult to overcome, and all this time it's growing and growing. This is God's will; Andreas lived as long and as well as he did by virtue of his health practices. Could he have lived longer IF he had done such and such? I dunno, maybe if my mother had wheels, she'd be a bus.

In any event, I agree with much of his teachings. That he was a weakling from birth (apparently) is irrelevant.

PS. #152968 said, above, that great people are sometimes involved with those of much lower caliber. I think you are correct. I'm not saying it's the case with Andreas, but as a general rule, there is some truth there from what I see with others.
