I did have some aruyveda solicitations a few yearss back and like TCM docs the ayurveda doc said i had hot liver,liver heat etc.

I was told not to eat spicy foods but on my allowed list was ice-cream.Sorry but any medical branch that recommends ice cream to help with digestive issues is bogus in my book.I don't do too well with a lot of dairy it gives me mucus and fatigue.
